Vacation Bible School (VBS): June 8-11, 2020

Let's get 'FOCUSED' together on the things that mater most at Vacation Bible School this summer!

FOCUS VBS will help kids dive deeper into their faith. Kids will have a blast as they discover how to trust in what they CAN'T see because of what they CAN see by putting the FOCUS on God and His amazing plan for us. We'll use this week and theme to explore four different ways we can FOCUS on God: Hear, Pray, Talk and Live.

THEME VERSE: Let us keep looking to Jesus. He is the one who started this journey of faith. And He is the one who completes the journey of faith. Hebrews 12:2a (NIrV)

This week will be loaded with fun music, games, crafts, and creative storytelling and a focus on missions that all point to the person of Jesus and what He has done for us! We hope you can bring your kids and their friends, ages Pre-k thru 5th grade, to come and learn the inportance of being FOCUSED. (Please Note: children must be age 4 and potty trained, before June 1st )

VBS will be held June 8 - 11 from 9:00am - 12noon. (See below for a special Family Experience) Let's get excited and let's get FOCUSED together!

SPECIAL VBS NIGHT:

To wrap up the week, on the last day of VBS (June 11) we will be holding a special Family Experience from
6 - 8pm. We hope your family will plan to come back in the evening and join us for a fun night as we recap the week, allowing you to experience what your children have all week long! The night will include dinner, fun games, bounce houses, etc. A Parent/Guardian must attend this evening.

Q: How old do children have to be to attend? A: Ages Pre-K thru 5th grade (PLEASE NOTE: children must be age 4 and potty trained, before June 1st )

Q: Can my child under 4 attend if a parent is serving? A: Yes! Please contact Pastor Jordan for details at jordand@gracepowellchurch.com or 740-881-6200.

Q: Can i invite someone who does not attend Grace Powell Church? A: Yes! Our hope is you will invite your friends and neighbors.

Q: Will this be the best week of my kids' summer? A: Of course it will be! :)

Q: Will there be a nurse on site? A: Yes, each day we will have a nurse on site.
